best rate sourceToday’s review was an easy one to pick. Last night I was searching the net for a friend looking for information about an FHA refinance loan and I found a site that I was really impressed with. The site BestRateSource.com had exactly the information I was looking for.

We were trying to find out a little information about what an FHA refinance loan really is, what loan rates are available, who can qualify and how. Pretty much anybody can qualify, even if you have filed a chapter 13 bankruptcy. Rates can be variable or fixed and borrowers can finance up to 97% of the value of the house.

FHA (Federal Housing Administration) is a division of HUD (Housing and Urban Development).   FHA loans are not provided by HUD. They are provided by mortgage companies and brokers and are insured by the FHA and must meet strict guidelines set by the FHA.

Bestratesource.com proved to be a very resourceful site and is very user friendly as far as being able to easily find the information I was looking for. Bestratesource.com provides a ton of information about all different types of loans. Auto loans, payday loans, personal loans and credit card information all without trying to sell you stuff or try to get you to sign up for loans or credit cards.
